Screena provides AI-powered interview agents that automatically screen and qualify candidates. Every applicant gets the same structured interview, ensuring consistency, speed, and fairness in your hiring process. By using Screena, you acknowledge that calls may be recorded for analysis. You may request their deletion at any time.

2. User Accounts & Data Collection

To use our services, you may be required to provide:
	•	Company name
	•	Employee names
	•	Email address
	•	Payment information

We also collect non-personal data such as web cookies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Payments & Subscription

Payments are required for premium features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. One time payments are not refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services legally and ethically. You must not misuse, copy, or distribute our technology or content without permission.

5. Data & Call Recordings

All interview simulation calls may be recorded. Users can request deletion of recordings by contacting [email protected].

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Screena.io is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.
