Every applicant gets the same structured interview, ensuring consistency, speed, and fairness in your hiring process. By using Screena, you acknowledge that calls may be recorded for analysis. You may request their deletion at any time.

2. User Accounts & Data Collection

To use our services, you may be required to provide:
• Company name
• Employee names
• Email address
• Payment information

3. Payments & Subscription

Payments are required for premium features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. One time payments are not refundable.
